It’s certainly been a short while since I had any diet updates for you all! Then again, I’ve had my birthday, bonfire night, christmas AND new year to compete with since I was no longer declared as overweight. Over Christmas and new year I didn’t follow the diet because… well… how can ya??! Over those two weeks alone I’d put on 5 lbs! 😮
Still, nonetheless, I’ve fought on and now I can announce that I’m at:
That’s 11 stone 6 pounds! Incredible!
As I promised myself, I took a good long hard look at myself in the mirror. I definitely look a lot better, a slimmer sportier version of me looked back at me… but… I’m still not quite happy with it, so I’m carrying on to 11 stone. However, I’m making a change. Instead of weighing myself when I wake up, I’m going to do it when I get home from work instead. I’ll be heavier at that time of the day, what with breakfast, lunch, and all the cups of coffee I’ve drunk still in my gut. I think doing it this way means that I will roughly be at my target weight at a more realistic time of the day (I mean, how many people go by how much they weigh first thing on a morning?).
This means, then, that my new target weight is 22 BMI which is exactly 11 stone for me. Wii Fit recommends this weight for me anyway, because it’s the weight at which my body can fight off infection at it’s best.
Well, here’s hoping…
