I've really got too much time on my hands during these summer holidays. However I'm putting them to good use. Since I've upgraded my computer (and the "my pooter" section WILL be done at some point soon) I moved the old CPU and motherboard to the server. Now that should run alot better. I've even taken the liberty of setting up my FTP/HTTP servers on that too. Unfortunately due to ntl's routine maintenance in our area, I'm getting an intermittant connection to the internet. It works when it wants to but disconnects every minute or two. It's damn annoying, especially when I'm trying to download stuff over eMule and get these servers working! Still, it should all be over by the end of the week (or so ntl's service status website claims).

I've finally upgraded my computer after what feels like god knows how long! I've finally ditched shoddy Intel and gotten onto AMD. Before, I had a Pentium III 1.2Ghz PC with 1.5Gb SD-RAM. Now my PC is running on a sweeeeeeet AMD Athlon 64bit X2 Dual-Core 3800+ with 1Gb DDR-RAM. The speed is noticably different! The PC doesn't stop to think when I reply to an email or anything like that. I haven't tried it with any games yet (it came with a built in video card so that's been updated too!) but I'm sure it'll have improved that by quite a bit!
But that's not all! I've also replaced one of my case fans with a Blue/Green UV fan, switched my IDE cables for Blue/Green UV sensitive tidy IDE cables and installed a UV bulb on the bottom of my case. Now it has an eerery glow from within the case as well as on the outside! I'm going to install a switch soon so I can just turn the lights on and off at will though.

I got my results this week for my 2nd year at University! I got 3 A's and 3 B's, and my average score at the moment is 70.16% meaning I'm on the way to (hopefully) getting a 1st class honours! Generally I'm quite happy with the overall results, although there are a couple of things I need to look into, like the severe drop in the marks in one of the modules!
Roll on the final year!!

I just got my first ICA mark an hour ago. It's for Enterprise Web Development 1... and I got an A! It's not the highest in the class (The fellah who did get the highest I knew would do exceptionally well!) but it's one of THE highest, so I'm told by the lecturers. Here's hoping it's the start of things to come!

Another of my titles has come to completion today. The 2nd hand title I bought has finally gotten every single item unlocked on it, as well as full loyalty, all challenge games finished, and all putting challenges finished too. Now to focus my attentions on PES5... until Gran Turismo Mobile comes out at the end of March...
