Post Office and BT finally get their finger out
// November 21st, 2011 // General
I moved to my new home about 5 weeks ago, and only now have I got an internet connection at home! “Why?” I hear you ask. I get my phone line through the Post Office and they couldn’t get an engineer out any sooner than early November to connect my phone line, and it took BT another week and a half to get the internet sorted out!
So, for all my waiting, what speeds am I getting? I’m supposed to be getting 4Mb but at the moment it’s no higher than 1.5Mb, but there’s still the 10 days grace period where BT try and figure out what speeds I can actually get. Still, anyway, I’m back online now!! Not limited by my phone and tablet anymore 🙂
